Diego Rausei - Zelestra
CFO Latam
Engineer and MBA with 20-year experience in Finance and Investment Banking.
Prior to joining Zelestra as CFO Latin America in 2024, Mr Rausei held CFOs positions at renewable energy companies Solek and Cerro Dominador, an EIG Global Energy Partners portfolio Company. He previously worked at General Electric as Head of Project Finance & Capital Markets South Cone Latam where he deployed GE Capital balance sheet in equity and debt financings for power projects in the region. His investment banking experience includes BNP Paribas New York and Deloitte Corporate Finance. During his career, Mr Rausei originated and structured over $12 billion in debt and/or equity financings in Latin America.
Mr Rausei holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Buenos Aires Institute of Technology and MBA degree from Columbia University in New York.
