Janett is the General Manager of Pacific Corporate Sustainability Latam (PCS) She is a financial lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in cross-border transactions in LAC and under NY law in law firms, Big 4 firms, and financial institutions. She specializes in sustainable finance transactions, capital markets, investment funds, and M&A. She holds an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law from Boston University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (2018). She advises the public sector on the implementation of sustainable finance taxonomies in the Latin American region. Her professional practice is recognized by The Legal 500, Lexology Index, and Leaders League.
