Mauricio Nogueira - Petrobras
Finance Executive Manager
With a distinguished career in finance and public service, Mauricio Nogueira currently serves as Executive Finance Manager at Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras). From August 2024 to May 2025, he also held the role of Advisor to the Presidency at Petrobras. Previously, he was Executive Director of Finance at Banco do Brasil S.A. from August 2019 to November 2021. He also worked at INSS and PREVI.
He holds a degree in Mathematics from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, an Executive MBA in Capital Markets from IBMEC, and a Master’s in Mathematical Methods in Finance from the Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics (IMPA).
His governance experience includes serving on several statutory committees, such as Vice President of the Board of Directors at Brazilian American Merchant Bank (BAMB), and board or fiscal roles at BB Previdência, Economus, Livelo, BB Patagonia, BB Securities, BB Seguros, Itausa, and currently at Braskem.
