José Coballasi is Sector Lead for S&P Global Ratings’ corporate, financial institutions, infrastructure and structured finance sectors in Latin America. José joined the company in 1999. Prior to his current role, José was Analytical Manager of the Latin America Infrastructure team and the Corporate team in Mexico. José is based in Mexico City. Prior to joining S&P Global Ratings, he was an equity analyst for BBV Probursa and worked in Investor Relations for Corporación GEO. He began his career in the financial sector working for The Carson Group, a financial information provider, in New York City. José completed the Program for Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
