Lisandro Miguens - J.P. Morgan

Liso Miguens is the Head of Debt Capital Markets for Latin America since October2014. In this capacity, he leads the team responsible for origination and execution of all financing transactions including Bond, Liability Management, Project Finance, Alternative Financing and Syndicated Loans in Latin American. He is also a member of the J.P. Morgan Corporate& Investment Bank Management Committee for Latin America since 2006. Liso joined J.P. Morgan in 1992 as an Investment Banking Analyst in Buenos Aires and moved to New York in 1994 to join the Corporate Finance Group and Debt Capital Markets. Since then, Liso gained experience in a variety of roles across the firm. He was appointed Senior Country Officer for the Andean, Central America and Caribbean Region in 2006. In that capacity he led our Investment Banking business and had overseeing responsibilities across all of the bank activities in that region. During this tenure, J.P. Morgan opened an Investment Bank in Colombia with a comprehensive product offer including Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Corporate Banking, Treasury Services and Private Bank. Afterwards, Liso expanded his responsibilities to lead Investment Banking Mexico. In December 2012, Liso was appointed Co-Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for Latin America. In his 30 years with J.P. Morgan, Liso has advised hundreds of significant transactions in Debt, Equity and M&A across the Latin America region, including some of the region’s most strategic and largest deals. Liso has helped J.P. Morgan obtain Best in Class awards from leading business journals. Liso was born in Argentina; he is married to Magdalena and has 3 children, Francisco, Antonio and Felipe. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He currently lives in Greenwich, CT.
