Alejandro González Lazzeri serves as co-head of the firm’s Latin America Group. Alejandro’s practice focuses on cross-border banking and corporate financing transactions, primarily in Latin America and Spain. He plays a major role in the firm’s representation of investment banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions, strategic investors and corporations on a range of corporate and financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, asset-based loans, project financings, and debt and equity securities offerings in the international capital markets. Alejandro has been repeatedly recognized by Chambers Latin America, Chambers Global, Chambers USA, The Legal 500 Latin America and Latinvex.
