Javier Nájera - Blink Capital Solutions

Managing Director
Javier Nájera Muñoz is the Founding and Managing Partner of Blink Capital Solutions, a role he has held since April 2019. He specializes in providing financial, strategic, and valuation advisory services to multi-sector companies, creating value as an independent advisor through the identification and structuring of tailor-made transactions under optimal financing and strategic alternatives. Blink has been involved as financial advisor to international bondholders in complex financial rescue and restructuring processes. Blink has executed more than 80 transactions for more than USD $ 8 Bn. Prior to founding Blink, Mr. Nájera founded Execution Finance (ExeFin), an independent Mexican investment banking firm, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2019. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at IXE Grupo Financiero as Deputy CEO in charge of Corporate Finance, Business Banking, and Derivatives. He also served as Managing Director and CEO of Credit Suisse First Boston in Mexico, and previously worked in New York at Credit Suisse Financial Products and Bankers Trust, focusing on the structuring and distribution of derivative financial products. Throughout his career, Mr. Nájera has been actively involved in the promotion, design, and execution of a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including structured financings, syndicated loans, bond issuances, liability management transactions, equity offerings, private equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. He has more than 35 years of experience in national and international investment banking. Mr. Nájera holds a degree in Economics from ITAM and completed postgraduate studies at IPADE.
