Juan Barros Moss is an Investment Banking Director at Balanz Capital, where he leads the structuring and execution of capital markets and financing transactions for corporate, financial and public-sector issuers across Argentina and Latin America. He has extensive experience in local and international bond issuances, loans and structured financings, overseeing transaction design, investor-facing terms, syndicate coordination and execution across domestic and offshore markets. Prior to joining Balanz Capital, Juan was a Senior Associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, one of Argentina’s leading law firms, where he advised on sovereign, sub-sovereign and corporate debt and equity offerings, project finance and complex cross-border financings. He also spent a year at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, working on international capital markets and banking transactions. Juan holds a law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
