Vicky Villacreses Arauz is an economist with over eight years of experience in macroeconomic and financial analysis, specializing in sovereign financing and public debt management. She currently serves as National Director of Negotiation at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Ecuador, where she leads public financing processes and coordinates with multilateral organizations.
She has prior experience in public and financial institutions, including the Central Bank of Ecuador and CONAFIPS. She holds a degree in Economics with a concentration in Econometrics, a Master’s in Economic Analysis, and an MBA, and is recognized for her strong technical expertise, strategic negotiation skills, and leadership.
