A seasoned Finance Professional and Treasury Expert, with more than 25 years’ experience – 14 years in Treasury (Banking and Corporate Treasury). Treasury Accountant, Senior Treasury Accountant, Group Treasury Manager role, where she was one of the Treasury Team members that spearheaded 1st Africa Gender Linked Bond. Her Corporate experience of 11 years in various Finance roles, Management Accountant, Assistant Manager Finance, Corporate Finance Specialist, with a demonstrated track record started her career in the Banking Sector, Treasury Operations (Back Office), Cash Based Funding, P&L Reporting (Middle Office) and Equities Derivatives Desk Dealing room (Front Office). Her involvement as Treasury expert includes Debt restructuring, Cashflow Management, Sourcing and Managing Funding Facilities, Negotiations and Refinancing of Term Debt towards maturity, Managing Overnight borrowings, Bond issuances and refinancing, Managing Debt maturity profile, Commercial Paper, Execution and Reporting on Treasury Instruments to Pack level. Managing DMTN Programme memorandum update. Treasury system implementation Kyriba and ERP SAGE. Rosetta played an instrumental role with her expertise on acquisition and onboarding of new business, she ensures smooth transitioning, and also on sale of business, until transaction is finally closed in her previous role Rosetta’s career has been complemented by both Treasury and Finance experience, in Banking, Petro Chemical Industry and Automotives Industry, Skilled in Corporate Governance, she served as Member of Board of Trustees - Medscheme and Investment committee member.
