Director, Treasury & Risk Management

Onur Tarcı is the Group Treasury & Risk Management Director at Aydın Holding, where he oversees money market financing, local capital markets transactions, liquidity optimization, and the Group’s hedging and financial risk management frameworks. He manages multi-bank relationships, funding strategy, cash-flow centralization, and derivative programs across the Group’s retail, healthcare, home textiles, and cosmetics businesses. Before joining Aydın Holding, Onur held treasury, corporate finance, and debt management roles at HSBC, QNB, Alternatifbank, and Turkcell, gaining deep experience in multi-currency debt & balance-sheet management, capital market transactions, derivatives, and funding strategies across complex corporate structures. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Marmara University, and Master’s degrees from Boğaziçi University and Fontys University (Nederland).
