Raúl Gallegos CEO Fibra Next In December 2023, Raul Gallegos took on a new position as CEO of Fibra Next, a new Industrial public REIT that is about to be born with close to 8 million square meters of stabilized industrial properties, which makes it the largest in México. Prior to this, Mr Gallegos spent 7 years with the Asset Management Group of Credit Suisse, where he developed and led a Real Estate Financing Platform through a specialized public fund (CKD) focused on providing credit to industrial, retail, office and hotel properties. This fund was able to raise $6,333 million pesos from institutional investors and closed 34 transactions totaling $17,000 million pesos. Before joining Credit Suisse, Raul had a long career at General Electric, where he was Presidente and CEO from 2013 a 2016, responsible for 11,000 employees, 17 manufacturing plants and US$4 billion in revenues. Prior to this, he held several positions at GE Capital over 13 years, including being the CEO of the Real Estate business, with more than US$5 billon in assets under management and one of the largest industrial platforms in Mexico, Intramerica, with over 200 buildings and close to 2 million square meters. Mr. Gallegos is a Civil Engineer from Universidad Anáhuac and has an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
